Melon Kiwi Smoothie
This smoothie is perfect for a warm summer day when kids can get easily dehydrated. Kiwis are great for helping to manage constipation, which can also get worse when not drinking enough fluids. Keep the skins on for even more fiber to help produce a bowel movement if needed.

Ingredients

2 cups cantaloupe or honeydew melon (honeydew makes for a prettier color)
2 kiwis, peeled
1/2 cup raw coconut water
4 teaspoons fresh lime juice
2 teaspoons grated ginger root
2 tablespoons fresh mint
1 banana, peeled
1 cup ice cubes
Instructions
Blend all ingredients for 30 seconds in a high-speed blender and serve immediately. Garnish with a few fresh mint leaves.
