Dahlia Marin, RDN, LD, CGN is a plant-based registered dietitian nutritionist who has used food as medicine on a whole food, plant-based diet for over 10 years to overcome health struggles, and to have a healthy, plant-based pregnancy. She is passionate about healing the gut, as it can be a key to healing the entire body. Dahlia focuses her special skills and extensive training to support adults and children to prevent and treat gastrointestinal conditions to optimize their gut health and reach microbiome balance and diversity.  Dahlia combines her academic background in evidence-based data, training in integrative and functional nutrition, and real world experience to help others.
