High Calcium Berry Smoothie
When taking dairy out of a child’s diet, many parents worry about them meeting their calcium needs which is an understandable concern. 8 oz fortified non-dairy milk
1 tbsp tahini
1 cup mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
1 large handful of kale (fresh or frozen)
1 tbsp chia seeds
Ice as desired (optional)
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until desired consistency, adding ice to thicken as needed.
- Serve immediately.
