Constipation Curing Melon Kiwi Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cantaloupe or honeydew melon (honeydew makes for a prettier color)
  • 2 kiwis, peeled
  • 1/2 cup raw coconut water
  • 4 teaspoons fresh lime juice
  • 2 teaspoons grated ginger root
  • 2 tablespoons fresh mint
  • 1 banana, peeled
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients for 30 seconds in a high-speed blender and serve immediately. Garnish with a few fresh mint leaves.
