
Constipation Curing Melon Kiwi Smoothie

Ingredients
- 2 cups cantaloupe or honeydew melon (honeydew makes for a prettier color)
- 2 kiwis, peeled
- 1/2 cup raw coconut water
- 4 teaspoons fresh lime juice
- 2 teaspoons grated ginger root
- 2 tablespoons fresh mint
- 1 banana, peeled
- 1 cup ice cubes
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients for 30 seconds in a high-speed blender and serve immediately. Garnish with a few fresh mint leaves.
