
Pineapple Mango Salsa

Ingredients
- 2 cups diced fresh pineapple
- 2 cups diced fresh mango
- 1 cup diced red bell pepper
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
- Pinch cayenne pepper (optional)
- Pinch ground cumin
- Pinch sea salt
- 1 jalapeno, seeded and diced (optional)
- One 16-ounce bag tortilla chips, for dipping
Instructions
- Add all of the ingredients, except tortilla chips, to a mixing bowl and gently stir to combine well.
- Serve with the tortilla chips.
Notes
Blue corn tortilla chips are another way to get kids excited about this recipe.
